Features

 

The first version of MedITEX IVFwas released with Firebird 2.0.

Firebird 2.5 was released in 2010 and has not been updated for the MedITEX environment since. Since then, the Firebird team has released several major versions with a number of changes and improvements.

 

The decision of upgrading to the latest stable Firebird version 4.0.3 was pushed by some important benefits:

  • ‍Encryption: Databasecontents and network traffic‍
  • Security: Secureuser management (SRP User manager), deprecation of UDFs, read-only systemtables
  • Performance: Caching,handling of record versions‍
  • Functionality: Build-Infunctions (e.g. Hashing), improved syntax
  • Fixes: Inconsistencies and garbage collection

a) General

The connection between patients and the Hope app is now directly visible with the Hope symbol.

 

 

 

b) Cryo contracts

The “Invoice recurrence”and “Issue of the 1st invoice” fields have been added to the systemtables. The options can now be defined by the users.

  • “Showsemen analyses” function in the inbox has been adjusted.
  • Thesaving process and the patient search in the inbox have been optimized.
  • Errormessage when generating the cycle summary has been fixed.

 

b) Planned cycles

Visual adjustments have been made to the drugs selection window.

 

c) Consents

  • The valid from/until function has been revised.
  • Gendericons have been added back.
  • Inconsistencies with the “Cancel” button have been resolved.
